Lisa Anderson MBA, CSCP, CLTD, known as the Manufacturing Business Transformer(SM) and president of LMA Consulting Group, released her book, I’ve Been Thinking…Turning Everyday Interactions Into Profitable Opportunities, as a roadmap for businesses to infuse innovation into their daily work practices originally on Amazon in paperback and Kindle, and it is now available on iTunes. Anderson relies on her global consulting practice and business network where she draws on her experience and observations to share with readers practical and action-inducing ideas to help business make the leap ahead of their competition. The book is packed with over 100 of Anderson’s insights and strategies on how to create bold customer promises and profits by transforming business performance while keeping an eye on the global perspective and seeing what others cannot in order to create dramatic customer experiences and profitable opportunities.

“Lisa’s ‘I’ve Been Thinking’ has become a daily input, consistently positive, insightful and actionable,” says Michael Slavinski, president of L&M Machining Center Inc.  “From a bookshelf in front of my desk full of books, I retained one or two profound thoughts that have guided our contract manufacturing facility over the past 29 years. And now I have over 100 on my desktop for which I am grateful. I have gained a profound knowledge.”

Anderson has been publishing a weekly newsletter by the same name, I’ve Been Thinking, since 2014, which her clients find to be an invaluable resource. Kusum Kavia, Executive VP of Combustion Associates states, “Lisa’s ‘I’ve Been Thinking’ newsletters are concise and very informative on current trends in innovation, manufacturing and supply chain.  I especially enjoy reading the ‘One Tip to Implement’ section as it’s a practical and fun way to continuously improve my business work and lifestyle more efficiently.”

The author says that while writing this book, certain topics emerged with high frequency and relevancy to business success, “I found it interesting the topics that jumped out more than anything else – the critical importance of customer service, leadership and collaboration to business success.” Anderson further states that since she consults on a wide variety of topics that transform manufacturing businesses and deliver bottom line results, she would expect technical topics to arise more often than not; however, they didn’t. In fact, it was quite the opposite. Her clients that excel with customers, employees and partners achieve dramatic growth, profitability and loyalty.

“Lisa Anderson’s travels in this book are both geographic and metaphoric. She helps you to take a view of your work and life from a new perspective, never losing pragmatism but all the while engaging in innovation.  She’s the perfect tour guide, a cicerone for leaders and entrepreneurial people,” states Alan Weiss, PhD, president of Summit Consulting Group Inc. and author of Million Dollar Consulting, Million Dollar Maverick and Lifestorming (with Marshall Goldsmith).

I’ve Been Thinking is available as a paperback on Amazon, as an eBook on Kindle and iTunes. To subscribe to Lisa Anderson’s newsletter, click here or copy and paste this link into your browser https://www.lma-consultinggroup.com/ibt-index/
