It showed the depth of her knowledge as it was based on a real company that she had worked at previously. Students were given 3 hours to ask detailed questions of Lisa, our case expert. She was able to provide them with clear answers in a brief, but thorough way. She not only created the problem, but also presented it admirably to the students and had also prepared the actual solution that the company had used - all the while maintaining the privacy of the company by omitting certain details (including co. name).
