On the 10 year anniversary of my business, I recognized 10 people for 10 years as LMA Advocates - people who have gone over and beyond, resulting in LMA Consulting's growth and success.

Last week, I attended the inaugural Inland Empire Women in Manufacturing event. It was fun seeing old colleagues from throughout the years as well as meeting new ones.
I have yet to work with a client without at least someone who added spice into the day. Sometimes you have to be looking for the interesting setting, co-worker or customer to see them.
